体外研究	NASPM选择性地抑制II型神经元中表达的内向整流和Ca2 + -可渗透的AMPA受体。它对I型神经元中的AMPA受体没有影响。在-60 mV,NASPM抑制II型神经元中的AMPA受体,IC50值为0.33μM。 NASPM对Ca2 +渗透性AMPA受体的阻断作用是使用和电压依赖性的[1]。
