乳酸链球菌素用途

用途一：nisin是一种窄谱抗菌剂，只能杀死和抑制革兰氏阳性细菌，对酵母菌、革兰氏阴性菌和霉菌均无效。我国规定可用于肉制品和乳制品，最大使用量为0.5g/kg；在植物蛋白饮料和罐装中最大使用量0.2g/kg。
用途二：防腐剂；抑霉剂。
