乳酸链球菌素用途用途一:nisin是一种窄谱抗菌剂,只能杀死和抑制革兰氏阳性细菌,对酵母菌、革兰氏阴性菌和霉菌均无效。我国规定可用于肉制品和乳制品,最大使用量为0.5g/kg;在植物蛋白饮料和罐装中最大使用量0.2g/kg。 用途二:防腐剂;抑霉剂。 |
