• 体外研究: 达巴万星是一种经肠外注射的半合成脂糖肽,用于对抗耐药革兰氏阳性病原体引起的感染。达巴万星对革兰氏阳性病原菌(包括金黄色葡萄球菌(MRSA)、VISA和VRE的非VanA株)具有较强的体外杀菌活性。达巴万星被开发用于治疗复杂的皮肤和皮肤结构感染(csssi),主要是由MRSA和β-溶血性链球菌引起的,与现有的糖肽治疗剂相比,它显示出更大的效力。
• 体内研究: 达巴万星(15-240 mg/kg；腹腔注射；每36小时或72小时；连续14天；雌性BALB/c小鼠)治疗在所有剂量方案中小鼠的存活率为80%至100%[1]。动物模型：雌性BALB/c小鼠(6-8周),用炭疽杆菌Ames株攻击[1]剂量：15mg/kg、30mg/kg、60mg/kg、120mg/kg、240mg/kg,腹腔注射,每36h或72h一次,连续14d,疗效为80-100%,以42天存活率为指标,在激发后24小时开始治疗时,每36小时15至120 mg/kg或每72小时30至240 mg/kg的治疗方案。
