• 体外研究: DTP3(10μM；1-21天)引起JNK激活和凋亡的有效和肿瘤选择性诱导,如磷酸化JNK的出现所示,早在24小时[2]。
• 体内研究: DTP3 TFA(s.c。；14.5毫克/千克/天；28天)显示肿瘤显著缩小,并且几乎根除了小鼠皮下移植的骨髓瘤[2]。DTP3 TFA(静脉注射；10 mg/kg/天)的t1/2为1.26小时,CL为27.13 ML/min/kg,Vd为2.80 L/kg[2]。动物模型：6-8周龄雄性NOD/SCID小鼠(NOD.CB17-Prkdcscid/IcrCrl；Charles River)[2]剂量：14.5 mg/kg给药：皮下注射。；每日的28天的结果：肿瘤明显缩小。动物模型：CD1雄性小鼠,25-30g[2]剂量：10mg/kg(药代动力学研究)给药：静脉注射结果：t1/2为1.26h,CL为27.13ml/min/kg,Vd为2.80L/kg。
