体外研究 Tubulin聚合-IN-37(化合物2f,1μμm,72 h)抑制50%以下淋巴瘤细胞的增殖[1]。Tubulin聚合-IN-37(50和500 nM,24-72 h)诱导VL51和MINO细胞中的细胞凋亡并阻滞在G2/M期[1]。微管蛋白聚合-IN-37(5μμm)抑制秋水仙素与微管蛋白结合80%[1]。Tubulin聚合-IN-37对MCF-7细胞具有细胞毒性(IC50:0.21μμm)[1]。细胞增殖试验[1]细胞系:VL51、MINO、HBL1、SU-DHL-10细胞。浓度:0~10μμm孵育时间:72h结果:1μm时,细胞增殖抑制率分别为28.1%、8.6%、7.3%、13.8%。IC50s:分别为0.12、0.07、0.08、0.07μμm。细胞周期分析[1]细胞株:VL51和MINO细胞浓度:50和500nM培养时间:24、48和72小时结果:细胞停滞在G2/M期。
