体外研究 NCT-506抑制ALDH1A1,hALDH1A3,hALDH2,IC50分别为0.007±0.001,16.4±3.99和21.5μM[1]。 NCT-506(100,10,1,0.1μM,6天)显着降低细胞活力,在OV-90细胞中EC50为45.6μM。 NCT-506分别抑制MIA PaCa-2,OV-90和HT-29细胞,在基于aldefluor细胞的测定中IC50分别为0.077±0.040,0.161±0.038和0.048±0.022μM[1]。 NCT-506与紫杉醇联合治疗,IC50为1202,924,870,411,102和31.8 nM,NCT-506浓度为0(DMSO),1,3,10,20,30μM为SKOV- 3-TR细胞分别为[1]。细胞活力测定[1]细胞系:OV-90和SKOV-3-TR细胞浓度:100,10,1,0.1μM孵育时间:OV-90细胞6天; SKOV-3-TR细胞4天结果:在OV-90细胞中,细胞活力显着降低,EC50为45.6μM。在SKOV-3-TR细胞中,组合处理(紫杉醇浓度为100nM)的细胞活力降低,EC50为11.2μM。
