抗癌剂63(化合物3h)可有效降低不同癌细胞系的活性,包括SW480、HeLa、A549和MCF-7,24小时的IC50值分别为4.9、11.5、9.4和3.4μM。抗癌药物63通过下调Bcl-2的表达,上调IL-2和Caspase-3的表达,诱导MCF-7细胞凋亡。抗癌剂63也显示出抗氧化活性。
