RUNX-IN-2 (Compound Conjugate 3) 与 RUNX 结合序列共价结合,并抑制 RUNX 蛋白与其靶位点的结合。RUNX-IN-2 诱导 p53 依赖性的细胞凋亡 (apoptosis),并抑制细胞生长。RUNX-IN-2 抑制 PANC-1 异种移植小鼠的肿瘤生长。RUNX-IN-2 具有较高的烷基化效率和特异性。
