ML311作用体外活性:ML311有效阻止几种Mcl-1致敏细胞的活力,包括MCL-1-1780(EC50 =0.31μM),DHL-6(EC50 =3.3μM)和NCI-H929(EC50 =1.6μM),一般 最大效果(> 80%)。 ML311还显示白血病衍生细胞系中的活性,特别是依赖于Bcl-2功能(Bcl2-1863,EC50 =1.1μM)。 ML311在许多细胞系中具有强烈的生长抑制作用,9种细胞类型的GI50 <900 nM(RPMI-8226,SR,NCI-H322M,NCI-H60,HCC-2998,KM12,SF-295,U251,PC-3) 细胞系),另外14种细胞<2μM。 |
