• 体外研究: NP-313(0-80μM)可以以剂量依赖的方式抑制血小板的聚集。其中,对凝血酶和 23187年诱导的血小板聚集,NP-313型的最大抑制程度可分别达到约 80%和 60%[1]。 NP-313(0-8μM)浓度依赖性地抑制 P型-选择素表达以及胶原蛋白或者是凝血酶诱导的人血小板中血栓素 B 2(TXB2)生成。同时,NP-313型抑制 髋关节1和 TXA 2型合酶的 集成电路50值分别为 1.5和 3.9µM[1]
• 体内研究: NP-313(静脉注射,4-16µg/g)在雄性 国际癌症研究所小鼠中显着延长了闭塞时间 (TTO)延长了出血时间,抑制了由胶原蛋白 (10µg/mL)引起的血小板聚集[1]。
