 三苔色酸生物活性

描述 回旋磷酸是地衣种群中很好的紫外线滤光片。回旋磷酸具有DPPH自由基清除活性,IC50值为105.75µg/ml[1][2]。

体外研究 旋磷酸(200 μM)导致24小时后卵巢癌细胞A2780线粒体膜电位显著降低 h长时间暴露于HT-29结肠腺癌细胞,但不暴露于HT-29结肠腺癌细胞。回旋磷酸显著抑制细胞生长并影响Bcl-2、Bax和Hsp70蛋白的表达,但仅在A375黑色素瘤细胞中浓度较高。回旋磷酸对HeLa细胞的处理清楚地表明ROS的产生和凋亡是细胞死亡的形式。此外,回旋磷酸处理介导的DNA损伤和应激/存活蛋白如p38MAPK、Erk1/2和Akt的活性变化证实了促凋亡潜能[2]。
