体外研究 Zymostenol(12-104μM)促进小鼠外胚层干细胞来源的少突胶质细胞祖细胞中髓鞘碱性蛋白阳性 (MBP+)少突胶质细胞的形成[2]。 Zymostenol(20μM,3天) 将 MCF-7型细胞周期停滞在 G0-G1型期[3]。 细胞周期分析[2]细胞系:MCF-7细胞浓度:20µM培养时间:3天结果:在细胞周期G0-G1期诱导67±1%的细胞积累。
