• 体外研究: 布塔普罗斯特(1-100纳米；0.5-24小时)诱导hEP2-HEK293/EBNA细胞nur77mrna表达上调约5倍,呈剂量和时间依赖性。Butaprost通过PKC途径上调Nur77基因表达[1]。布塔普罗斯特(50μ米；24小时)降低转化生长因子-β-在Madin-Darby犬肾(MDCK)细胞中诱导纤维连接蛋白(FN)表达、Smad2磷酸化和上皮间充质转化[2]。westernblot分析[1]细胞系：稳定表达人EP2受体的HEK293/EBNA细胞(hep2hek293/EBNA细胞)浓度：1nm、10nm、100nm孵育时间：0.5小时、1小时、6小时、24小时结果：诱导hEP2-HEK293/EBNA细胞nur77mrna表达上调约5倍。
• 体内研究: 布坦前列素(1-4mg/kg；腹腔注射；每天两次；持续7天)治疗可减轻单侧输尿管梗阻手术小鼠的纤维化发展,这一点可以通过减少基因和蛋白表达来说明α-平滑肌肌动蛋白、纤维连接蛋白和胶原1A1[2]。动物模型：雄性C57BL/6小鼠(8周龄；21g)单侧输尿管梗阻手术[2]剂量：1mg/kg、2mg/kg、4mg/kg给药：腹腔注射；每天两次；7天结果：减轻了单侧输尿管梗阻手术小鼠的纤维化发展。
