| 体内研究 | 84-B10(5-15 mg/kg;腹腔注射)减轻顺铂诱导的小鼠急性肾损伤[1]。 动物模型:急性肾损伤的雄性C57BL/6小鼠[1]剂量:5、10和15 mg/kg给药:腹腔注射结果:顺铂暴露小鼠的sCr和BUN水平降低。以剂量依赖的方式减轻肾小管形态学异常。NGAL和KIM-1水平呈剂量依赖性降低。降低Lcn2(编码NGAL)和Havcr1的转录水平。 |
