体内研究 | 尾静脉注射碘普罗胺可诱导造影剂中引起的肾病[1]。在随机对照试验中,iobitridol的全球图像质量和诊断质量与其他低渗造影剂(碘海醇,碘普罗胺,碘帕醇,碘美普尔和异恶唑)或等渗造影剂碘克沙醇在成人或儿童中的差异无统计学差异射线照相成像。大型上市后监测研究证实,iobitridol可产生良好或极好的混浊,是绝大多数患者的有效造影剂。碘比特醇通常具有良好的耐受性,并且具有与其他低渗和等渗对比剂相似的耐受性特征。因此,iobitridol是一种有效的血管内药物,用于诊断成像中的对比度增强[2]。 |
动物实验 | 小鼠:雄性C57 / BL6J小鼠随机分为7组:对照组,糖尿病组(D),CIN,糖尿病+ CIN(DC),糖尿病+灯盏花素(DB),CIN +灯盏花素(CIN + B)和糖尿病mellitus + CIN +灯盏花素(DCB)。在建立糖尿病模型后,禁止小鼠饮水一晚,然后在1分钟内通过尾静脉给药以10mL / kg碘普罗胺的剂量注射小鼠。然后用或不用灯盏花素(10mg / kg / d)对小鼠进行胃内治疗4周。除灯盏花素处理组(DB,DCB和CIN + B)之外的其他小鼠组在胃内给予相同体积的磷酸盐缓冲溶液4周。然后通过腹膜内注射水合氯醛处死小鼠[1]。 |
