| 体内研究 | AZ-1355(50mg/kg)显着降低血清TG,100mg/kg剂量导致大鼠血清TC和TG降低。 AZ-1355(100 mg/kg)可降低喂食CE-2的大鼠的总肝脏TC,50 mg/kg剂量可降低两种基础上喂食高脂肪饮食大鼠的肝脏TC,并降低肝脏的总肝脏TG CE-2喂养的大鼠。 AZ-1355(150 mg/kg)可重复降低Triton高脂血症小鼠的血清总胆固醇(TC)[1]。 |
| 动物实验 | 小鼠[1]在测定中使用6周龄的雄性小鼠,菌株ddY。将小鼠禁食过夜,然后静脉注射Triton WR-1399(500mg / kg)。注射后立即和8小时口服给予小鼠AZ-1366或氯贝特(均为150mg / kg)。对照小鼠接受载体,1%甲基纤维素水溶液。将小鼠仅在饮用水中维持24小时,然后从心脏取出血液。大鼠[1]在测定中使用6周龄的雄性大鼠Sprague-Dawley菌株。将总共56只大鼠随机分配到2个相等的组。一组用CE-2饮食喂养,另一组喂高脂肪饮食。每组进一步细分为4个相等的组(n = 7)。第一小组中的大鼠口服(1ml 100g体重)载体,5%阿拉伯胶水溶液。第二个亚组接受安妥明(每天100mg / kg),第三个和第四个亚组分别以50和100mg / kg的日剂量接受AZ-1355。该药物每天给药一次,连续4周。每天监测体重。治疗组和相应对照组之间的体重增加没有差异。 |
