Zapadcine-3a can be swallowed up into lysosome of tumor cells by binding to TRAILR2. Then Zapadcine-3a releases small molecular compound to specifically kill various TRAILR2-pos. Zapadcine-3a potently eradicates tumor cells and cures tumor[1].
