In Vitro HM03 (0.1-50 μM; 72 hours) exhibits over 50% inhibition at 25 µM concentration in HCT116 cells[1]. HM03 forms more binding interactions with HSPA5 and HSPA9 than with the other HSP70 proteins[1]. HM03 exhibits promising inhibition activities from cancer cell viability and tumor inhibition assays[1].
