Apoptosis Analysis[1] Cell Line: HCT-116 colon cancer cells Concentration: 0, 10, 40 and 100 µM Incubation Time: 48 h Result: Induced potent and dose-dependent chromatin condensation, accompanied by subsequent DNA damage.
