硫酸肼制备
1.尿素法将尿素、次氯酸钠、液碱,在高锰酸钾存在下进行反应,经蒸馏,再同硫酸进行中和反应,生成物经冷却结晶、过滤、干燥制得硫酸肼成品.
2.在动物胶存在下,用次氯酸钠使氨发生部分氧化,并以硫酸中和即可生成硫酸肼。在1L的锥形瓶中加入200mL 20%的氨水和5mL 1%的动物胶(明胶)溶液,将浓度为1mol/L的次氯酸钠溶液加入后,迅速加热至沸并煮沸约半小时,使多余的NH3完全挥发除去。将溶液蒸发至原体积的一半左右后,迅速冷却至微热,用硫酸中和此溶液,用pH试纸进行检验,使pH值为7~8。放置一段时间,等动物胶成为灰色的絮状物沉淀下来。将沉淀物过滤除去,用硫酸对滤液进行强烈地酸化。放置过夜,硫酸肼结晶析出。将结晶抽滤出来,必要时可用沸水进行重结晶提纯。
