【方法一】
由十二酰氯与双氧水反应而得。将十二酰氯溶解在石油醚中，加入氢氧化钠，然后加6％双氧水氧化。当温度升至45℃时，在剧烈搅拌下，向反应混合物加入冰水冷却，搅拌过滤出结晶，洗至中性，晾干即为成品。
