【用途五】
环氧氯丙烷是合成甘油中间体,也是环氧树脂、硝化甘油炸药、玻璃钢、电绝缘制品的主要原料。并用作纤维素酯、树脂和纤维素醚的混剂。也是生产表面活性剂、医药、农药、涂料、胶粘剂、离子交换树脂、增塑剂、甘油衍生物、缩水甘油衍生物以及氯醇橡胶的原料。以环氧氯丙烷与双酚A为主要原料制取的各类环氧树脂具有粘合性高、收缩性小、耐化学腐蚀、稳定性好等特点,广泛用作涂料、粘合剂、增强材料和浇铸材料等。以环氧氯丙烷为原料生产的氯醇橡胶是橡胶的新品种,在一般油和普通溶剂中不易膨胀,在低温无增塑剂存在下具有较大的挠性,具有优于丁腈、氯丁和丁基橡胶的某些特有的功能。

其制备方法是以丙烯为原料,在500℃氯化生成氯丙烯,氯丙烯在25~35℃温度下,与次氯酸反应,得到2,3-二氯丙醇和1,2-二氯丙醇,然后将该混合物加入20%石灰乳进行皂化,反应温度45~55℃,而得环氧氯丙烷。
【方法二】
工业上主要用丙烯氯化法制取。丙烯和氯气进行高温氯化得到烯丙基氯,再经次氯酸化制取二氯丙醇,进而皂化制得环氧氯丙烷。原料消耗定额:丙烯(100%)640kg/t、氢氧化钠(100%)150kg/t、氯气2070kg/t、副产D-D混剂140kg/t、氢氧化钙(100%)1020kg/t。
