溴代异戊烷制备

1.由异戊醇与氢溴酸在硫酸存在下反应而得。向反应罐中按配料比加入戊醇和氢溴酸，搅拌加热到95-100℃，回流1h。在此温度下，将硫酸缓缓加入，以氢溴酸不溢出为度，在100-106℃下反应1.5h。蒸馏，将蒸馏液收集于分液罐。用水洗涤后，加5-7%碳酸钠溶液调节pH=8-9，分去水层，再用水洗至洗液pH=5-6为止。分尽洗液，加氯化钙脱水，减压蒸馏，收集118-122℃（21.3-14.7kPa），馏分而得产品，收率以异戊醇计为78%。工业品异戊基纯度为在98%以上。原料消耗定额：异戊醇792kg/t；溴素900kg/t；硫酸750kg/t。

2.制法：

用210g(48%)的氢溴酸，60g浓硫酸，3-甲基-1-丁醇(2)88g（1.0mol），和浓硫酸10g，参照1-溴丙烷的制备方法，用分馏柱蒸出生成物，收集117～120℃的馏分，得1-溴-3-甲基丁烷(1)125g,收率83%。
