1.乙酐加溴在80℃溴化，之后在95℃-125℃之间把溴加完。约用2.5h。加完后，继续回流3h，放置过夜。用分馏的方法精制。

2.冰醋酸与三氯化磷在45～50℃反应2～3h后，再回流5～6h，

经蒸馏即为粗品，粗品再蒸馏，取50～55℃馏分即得成品。
