Lifitegrast(SAR 1118)钠是一种有效的整合素拮抗剂。利菲司特钠阻断细胞间粘附分子1(ICAM-1)与淋巴细胞功能相关抗原1(LFA-1)的结合,中断T细胞介导的炎症循环。Lifitegrast钠抑制Jurkat T细胞与ICAM-1的粘附,IC50为2.98 nM。利菲特司特钠可用于研究干眼症[1]。

[体外研究]

Lifitegrast(SAR 1118)通过阻断两种重要的细胞表面蛋白(淋巴细胞功能相关抗原1和细胞间粘附分子1)的结合来抑制T细胞介导的炎症,从而减轻整体炎症反应[1]。Lifitegrast以2.98 nM的IC50强烈抑制Jurkat T细胞与ICAM-1的粘附[1]。

[体内研究]

Lifitegrast对由抗生素杀死的铜绿假单胞菌和金黄色葡萄球菌引起的角膜炎症具有有效的抗炎活性,在硅酮水凝胶透镜存在的情况下,最佳应用是在2或3次之前应用1%的溶液[2]。
