2,4-二氯苯酚主要用作农药和医药中间体。在农药上可合成有机磷杀虫剂丙硫磷、除草剂2,4-滴、2,4-滴丁酯、禾草灵、甲羧除草醚、甲氧除草醚、唑啶草酮(azafenidin)、丙炔恶草酮(oxadiargyl)以及新杀菌剂氰菌胺(fenoxanil)等。医药方面可作为药物硫双二氯酚的重要原料。

2,4-二氯苯酚上下游产品

2,4-二氯苯酚制备

采用苯酚催化氯化法生产2,4-二氯苯酚。将熔融的苯酚抽入氯化罐和吸收罐,加热到50~60ºC,通入氯气,氯气先进入氯化罐,再串联进入吸收罐,尾气通入石墨薄膜吸收塔,用水吸收尾气中的氯化氢。反应罐的夹套及盘管道冷却水移出反应热。当氯化罐物料的相对密度达到1.402~1.405(40ºC)时为氯化终点,停止通氯气,从氯化罐放出2,4-二氯苯酚。下一批氯化时,原吸收罐作为氯化罐,先通入新鲜氯气,而原氯化罐抽入原料苯酚作为吸收罐使用。
