黑索今制备

(1)伍尔维次法:以硝酸(100%)及六亚甲基四胺(乌洛托品)为原料,硝酸的用量为六亚甲基四胺的11倍,反应温度控制在30℃以下,其反应为六亚甲基四胺经硝酸的硝解(Nitrolysis)作用后,生成RDX、NH3及甲醛。

(2)兹贝雷-奚斯勒-罗斯法:将甲醛及硝酸铵加入乙酸酐中,反应温度控制在70℃。由于此法须用大量乙酸酐及较低收率,故此合成法亦不理想。

(3)巴克曼法:将伍尔维次法和兹贝雷-奚斯勒-罗斯法合并而成,因此巴克曼将此法称为组合法。此法所用原料为六亚甲基四胺、硝酸铵、硝酸及乙酸酐。巴克曼法的产率约为80%,其所得RDX熔点约190℃,其中含有约10%的HMX。由于巴克曼法的醋酸酐及硝酸的用量较少,且此法的产率较高,因此使用RDX的成本降低。

(4)沃尔夫拉姆法:甲醛和氨基磺酸钾会生成亚甲基氨基磺酸钾。亚甲基氨基磺酸钾为三聚体,而这环状化合物以80%的发烟硝酸及20%的三氧化硫为硝化剂进行硝化后,即得RDX。沃尔夫拉姆法的产率为
80%~90%。
