N-甲基甲酰胺制备

1.甲胺法由甲胺与一氧化碳反应制得。

2.甲酸甲酯法由甲酸甲酯与甲胺反应而得。

3.由甲酸乙酯和甲胺反应而得。将甲酸乙酯加入反应器中,在冷却下加入甲胺水溶液,于40℃回流反应。然后放置3d,减压回收乙醇得到粗品。再经减压蒸馏而得成品。

精制方法:实验室常用碱处理脱水或利用苯水共沸蒸馏脱水后精馏的方法精制。也可以用分子筛处理后精馏精制。

4.在冷却下将氯化钙加到甲酸与乙醇的混合液中,回流12~13h,得粗品。粗品用碳酸钠中和过滤分馏。反应如下:

在冷却下,边搅拌边将甲胺水溶液加到甲酸乙酯中,控制温度40℃左右,充分静置。减压回收醇,将粗品进行减压提纯,即得成品。反应如下:
