Sarafotoxin S6c可导致内皮完整和内皮剥脱血管的血管收缩[1]。动物模型：雄性Wister大鼠,暴露于10%O2[慢性缺氧(CH)大鼠]或室内空气(对照大鼠)2周[1]剂量：1 pM-1 mM给药：结果：慢性缺氧对主肺动脉对SCS6c的敏感性有影响,小血管收缩反应明显。导致血管收缩,内皮完整和内皮剥脱血管对ET-1的最大反应为30%。
