[体外研究]

(±)11(12)-EET(5μM;10分钟;巨噬细胞)抑制NLRP3蛋白表达,显著降低细胞和上清液中前IL-1β的表达,并降低细胞内ROS[1]。Western Blot分析[1]细胞系:巨噬细胞浓度:5μM培养时间:10μM结果:抑制NLRP3蛋白表达。免疫荧光[1]细胞系:巨噬细胞浓度:5μM孵育时间:10μM结果:细胞内ROS减少。

[体内研究]

(±)11(12)-EET以50µg/kg的浓度增加了涂覆有P-选择素和ICAM-1的小室中分离的外周血白细胞的粘附[5]。
