[体外研究]

Sp-8-CPT-cAMPS(100μM；24h)增强IL-1β刺激的亚硝酸盐释放,并在血管平滑肌细胞中不存在IL-1β的情况下,使血管平滑肌细胞释放的亚硝酸盐增加3倍[2]。Sp-8-CPT-cAMPS(100μM；24h)增加IL-1β诱导的大鼠主动脉平滑肌细胞iNOS蛋白表达[2]。Sp-8-CPT-cAMPS(10 M；30 min)对乙酰胆碱诱导的豚鼠气管紧张发展具有抗痉挛活性[3]。
