化学分析试剂,测定铝、铜、铁、钛、锆及其他金属。
【用途二】
比色测定铝、铋、铜、铁汞、锌、锰、铌、镓、钽、钍、钛、钒、锡等元素的重量测定。在强酸溶液中定量测定铁,定量分析钒酸盐,与其他金属在一起时分离铜和铁,测稀土时作掩蔽剂。

N-亚硝基苯胲铵盐制备
1.将苯胲乙醚溶液在冰溶中冷却,通入氨至过量,在搅拌和继续通氨的情况下,滴加亚硝酸正丁酯,1h左右加完,再搅拌15min。滤出铜铁灵沉淀,用乙醚洗涤,干燥得成品。该品应贮放在棕色玻瓶中,瓶内放置少量用纸(或布)包好的碳酸铵作稳定剂
2.将苯胲乙醚溶液冷却,通入过量的氨,并滴加亚硝酸正丁酯,滤出铜铁试剂沉淀,用乙醚洗涤,干燥即可。
3.将硝基苯、氯化铵与水混匀,加热至40℃,按理论量加入含量为85%以上的锌粉,控制温度为60~65℃,加完后反应半小时,静置。将上层清液分出后加到冰 盐混合物中,冷却结晶,将滤出的结晶β 苯胲用乙醚溶解,滤去不溶物,冷却到0℃后,快速通入过量氨气,然后,在继续通氨气的情况下,加入新蒸馏过的亚硝酸正丁酯 ( 每100g苯胲加酯95g) ,控制加酯速度,以控制反应温度不超过10℃。反应结束后,继续搅拌10min以上,静置、过滤,结晶用乙醚洗涤数次,平铺自然干燥,即得成品。
