[体外研究]

普鲁士蓝不溶物(亚铁氰化铁)(0.1-3.0μg/mL；24小时；HUVECs)具有光热效应并抑制细胞活性[1]。普鲁士蓝不溶物(亚铁氰化铁)(0.07 mM；0-24小时)作为代谢指示剂,被细菌代谢降低,产生从蓝色到无色的可见颜色变化[2]。细胞活力测定[1]细胞系：HUVECs浓度：24小时孵育时间：0.1、0.2、0.5、1.0、2.0和3.0μg/mL结果：随着近红外激光照射时间的延长,细胞活力降低

[体内研究]

普鲁士蓝不溶物(3克/天；p.o.；持续8天；大鼠)(铁(III)亚铁氰化物)可作为放射性铯和铊中毒的治疗剂[3]。动物模型：大鼠[3]剂量：3g/d给药：口服；8天结果：铯-134的排泄增加。

亚铁(II)氰化铁(III)制备

1.黄血盐法用黄血盐钾与硫酸亚铁在微酸性溶液中反应生成亚铁氰化亚铁的复盐，再加硫酸和氯酸钾氧化生成亚铁氰化铁与亚铁氰化钾的复盐。如用黄血盐钠来制造铁蓝，则生成的复盐要用铵来代替其中的钠，即生成亚铁氰化铁与亚铁氰化铵复盐，因此铁蓝按原料不同分为钾铁蓝和铵铁蓝两种。将以上复盐再经过滤、漂洗、干燥、粉碎，制得深蓝色铁蓝颜料。
