【用途三】
有机合成原料。用于制备农药、医药(二丙谷酰胺等)、锅炉防腐剂、发动机冷却剂、润滑油、金属切削油、除碳剂、抗蚀润滑剂和乳化剂以及溶剂等。其中农药是最主要的用途。二丙胺生产的主要农药:氟乐灵、地乐灵、灭草猛、菌达灭、甲砜乐灵、异丙乐灵、甲乐灵、灭草丹、丙草丹。

一、1.正丙醇氨化法以丙醇为原料,经催化脱氢、氨化、脱水和加氢而得(参见“三丙胺”)据有关资料报道,上述反应如采用镍-铜-浮石为催化剂,则有利于二丙胺的生成;以镍-铜-活性氧化铝为催化剂,则有利于三丙胺的生成。2.丙烯腈加氢法以丙烯腈为原料,以铜-镍类化合物为催化剂,在40-250℃温度和0-4.9MPa压力下,进行催化加氢制得二丙胺。此外,由丙腈或丙烯腈加氢,当采用以碳为载体的铑催化剂,用过量氢连续除氨,生成二丙胺的选择性在85%以上,很少生成正丙胺,完全不生成三丙胺。由丙醛在铑催化剂作用下还原胺化,也得到高比例的二丙胺。
二、其制备方法是以丙醇为原料,经催化脱氢、氨化、脱水、加氢而得。反应催化剂为Ni-Cu-Al2O3,压力为(39±1)kPa,反应器温度为(190±10)℃,丙醇的空速为0.05~0.15h-1,原料配比为丙醇∶氨∶氢气=4∶2∶4,同时得到二丙胺和三丙胺,经分馏可得二丙胺。
