1.在室温下，将16克(0.1摩尔)溴的冰乙酸溶液100毫升滴入33.1克(0.1摩尔)三溴苯酚和13.5克乙酸钠0.5摩尔)的冰乙酸溶液200毫升中。搅拌30分钟后，将反应混合物倾入碎冰中，滤出柠檬黄色的沉淀，用三氯甲烷重结晶产品。产率80-90%

2. 在l升锥形瓶中，盛66.2克(0.2摩尔)2,4,6一三溴苯酚、27.2克(0.2摩尔)三水合乙酸钠和400毫升冰乙酸。加热至约70℃使成清亮溶液。在磁力搅拌下冷至室温，则三澳苯酚成很细分散的悬浮浓。在1小时内滴加32克(0.2摩尔)溴溶于200毫升冰乙酸的溶液(如果开始时外面用冰水浴冷却，则加溴可以在20分钟内完成)。所得混合物在室温保持30分钟，然后倾到2公斤倾冰上。侯冰融化后吸滤出黄色固体，将潮湿的晶体溶于最少量的热氯仿(60℃)中，用吸液管吸去上层水液，冷却后二烯酮即从氯仿液中结晶，得50-55克61-67%。

3. 在2一3℃将8.0克(5毫摩尔)溴分次加入12.3.克(4毫摩尔)三溴苯酚的甲醇一乙酸(1:1)溶液60毫升中。反应1小时后，加入50毫升10筋碳酸钠溶液。滤出黄色沉淀，以水、甲醇洗涤，置五氧化二磷真空干燥器中干燥，得产品15.0克(90%)。
