丙二酸环(亚)异丙酯制备

1. 在搅拌下，将浓硫酸加入丙二酸与乙酐组成的悬浮液中。待大部分丙二酸溶解后，冷却，保持温度为20-25℃，向反应物中加入丙酮，搅匀，冷却过夜，滤出析晶，用冰水洗涤，干燥，得2,2-二甲基-1,3二噁烷-4,6-二酮。

2. 搅拌下将0.5毫升浓硫酸逐滴加入52克(0.5摩尔)粉状丙二酸与55克(62毫升;0.55摩尔)重蒸的乙酸异丙烯醋组成的悬浮物中，45分钟内温度自动地从23℃升至31℃，1小时内丙二酸全部溶解。然后如上法进行处理后，得到粗产品37克(50%)。

3.实验室可以按照标准的实验步骤从丙二酸和丙酮来制备。
