磺胺嘧啶银用途

Silver sulfadiazine (AgSD) 是一种磺胺类抗生素,通磺胺部分 (SD-SDZ) 对细菌 (bacterial) 生长产生双重抑制作用,阻止细菌叶酸吸收和随后的 DNA 合成 (DNA synthesis)。Silver sulfadiazine 释放的银结合并破坏 DNA 结构,阻止细菌 DNA 复制。
