[体外研究]

PI3K/mTOR抑制剂-13钠(化合物A)(0-2µM；48小时)以剂量依赖性方式抑制 HFL1型细胞的增值[1]。 细胞增殖测定[1]细胞系：HFL1细胞。浓度：0、0.03125、0.0125、0.025、0.05、0.0625、0.1、0.125、0.2、0.25、0.4、0.5、1和2µM。培养时间：48小时。结果：显示对HFL1细胞具有抑制作用。蛋白质印迹分析[1]细胞系：HFL1细胞。浓度：200 nM。培养时间：48小时。结果：α-SMA/微管蛋白表达增加。
