醋酸美伦雌醇(s.c。;10mg/kg;9天)抑制AT3肿瘤生长约53%。它还导致成年雄性CCFl大鼠腹侧前列腺重量减轻54%,精囊减少[1]。醋酸美伦雌醇(口服;10mg/kg;24天)导致58.8%Dunning R3327-AT3肿瘤生长,并使大鼠肾上腺重量减少51.6%[1]。
