甲基嘧啶磷制备

1、二乙胍硝酸盐的制备按摩尔配比加入二乙胺，加入母液约200mL，然后用冷水浴冷却，在10～20℃温度下滴加65%浓硝酸（硝酸/二乙胺=1.2摩尔比），然后加入0.5mol石灰氮，逐渐升温至反应温度70℃，然后保温反应0.5～2h后，通入0.5mol CO2气体，通气时间约为0.5h，而后升温至90℃趁热过滤，弃去滤饼，滤液冷却析出针状结晶，过滤干燥，母液用于下批次实验。
2-二乙基氨基-6-甲基-4-羟基嘧啶的制备加入0.1mol的二乙胍硝酸盐，然后加入甲苯120mL，开动搅拌，按配比加入碳酸钾后升温至稍有回流时开始缓慢滴加乙酰乙酸乙酯，滴加时间为1.5～2h，滴毕回流并蒸出低沸物，回流反应0.5～2h，降温，加水120mL，在充分搅拌条件下，用盐酸将溶液调至弱酸性（pH值6左右），然后脱去溶剂甲苯（回收再用），得浅黄色粒状固体。
甲基嘧啶磷的合成加入羟基嘧啶0.10mol，然后加入乙酸乙酯溶剂70mL，搅拌，然后按配比加入缚酸剂无水K2CO3，回流1h，降温至45～50℃滴加一定配比的甲基氯化物，滴毕升温至回流温度，回流反应6～10h,降温过滤，弃去滤饼，母液脱溶（回收再用），即可得到黄色甲基嘧啶磷原油。

3.甲基嘧啶磷的合成.加入羟基嘧啶0.10mol，然后加入乙酸乙酯溶剂70mL，搅拌，然后按配比加入缚酸剂无水K2CO2，回流1h,降温至45～50℃滴加一定配比的甲基氯化物，滴毕升温至回流温度，回流反应6～10h，降温过滤，弃去滤饼，母液脱溶（回收再用），即可得到黄色甲基嘧啶磷原油。
