甲基嘧啶磷制备
1、 二乙胍硝酸盐的制备 按摩尔配比加入二乙胺,加入母液约200mL,然后用冷水浴冷却,在10~20℃温度下滴加65%浓硝酸(硝酸/二乙胺=1.2摩尔比),然后加入0.5mol石灰氮,逐渐升温至反应温度70℃,然后保温反应0.5~2h后,通入0.5mol CO2气体,通气时间约为0.5h,而后升温至90℃趁热过滤,弃去滤饼,滤液冷却析出针状结晶,过滤干燥,母液用于下批次实验。
2-二乙基氨基-6-甲基-4-羟基嘧啶的制备 加入0.1mol的二乙胍硝酸盐,然后加入甲苯120mL,开动搅拌,按配比加入碳酸钾后升温至稍有回流时开始缓慢滴加乙酰乙酸乙酯,滴加时间为1.5~2h,滴毕回流并蒸出低沸物,回流反应0.5~2h,降温,加水120mL,在充分搅拌条件下,用盐酸将溶液调至弱酸性(pH值6左右), 然后脱去溶剂甲苯(回收再用),得浅黄色粒状固体。
甲基嘧啶磷的合成 加入羟基嘧啶0.10mol,然后加入乙酸乙酯溶剂70mL,搅拌,然后按配比加入缚酸剂无水K2CO3,回流1h,降温至45~50℃滴加一定配比的甲基氯化物,滴毕升温至回流温度,回流反应6~10h,降温过滤,弃去滤饼,母液脱溶(回收再用),即可得到黄色甲基嘧啶磷原油。
