[体外研究]

(S) -科里奥利酸(25μM)引起支气管上皮线粒体结构改变和损伤[2]。(S) -科里奥利酸(30nM;6小时;E-FABP-/-角质形成细胞)通过NF-κB活化诱导K1表达。(S) -科里奥利酸增加丝氨酸32处IκBα的磷酸化,从而诱导IκB降解,从而激活NF-κB。(S)-科里奥利酸还增加IkK激酶bat酪氨酸199的磷酸化,从而促进IκBα磷酸化和随后的NF-κB激活[3]。

[体内研究]

(S) -科里奥利酸(每只小鼠0-0.6 mg;每天一次,连续3天)可导致严重的气道功能障碍、气道中性粒细胞增多、线粒体功能障碍和上皮损伤[2]。动物模型:BALB/c小鼠(6-8周)[2]剂量:0-0.6 mg/只小鼠给药:每天经鼻一次,连续3天结果:BALB/c小鼠出现线粒体功能障碍特征,如线粒体膜电位降低,肺线粒体复合物IV活性降低,肺胞浆细胞色素c水平升高。
