茴香烯用途

Trans-Anethole ((E)-Anethole) 是从 Pimpinella 分离得到的一种苯丙烯衍生物,在肿瘤细胞系中,低浓度下有雌激素活性,而在高浓度下具有细胞毒性。Trans-Anethole ((E)-Anethole) 是茴香、桃金娘、甘草、樟脑等植物中重要气味的组成部分。
