（1）靛蓝制备。食用靛蓝实际上是靛蓝二磺酸二钠，由靛蓝用浓硫酸磺化，磺化结束后用水稀释，再用纯碱中和，最后加入氯化钠盐析，经过滤、水洗、干燥得成品。
(2)靛蓝铝色淀制备。由氯化铝、硫酸铝等铝盐与碳酸钠等碱类制取氢氧化铝，然后添加于柠靛蓝水溶液，沉淀而得产品。
