[体外研究]

9-顺式视网膜取代了广泛使用的全反式维甲酸,加速了类器官培养中的视杆感光细胞分化,视紫红质表达增加,线粒体形态日趋成熟。9-顺式-视网膜可结合视紫质形成功能性视紫红质[3]。

[体内研究]

9-顺式视网膜治疗使间视感受器视黄醇结合蛋白(IRBP)-/-小鼠的视锥反应显著恢复,并表明视锥功能障碍的基础是视黄醇缺乏[4]。
