DL-青霉胺用途

DL-青霉素[(±)-青霉素]是一种铜螯合剂。当与普鲁士蓝(HY-106594A)联合治疗时,DL-青霉素对铊中毒大鼠具有解毒作用。DL-青霉素可导致吡哆醇缺乏,进而诱发视轴神经炎。DL-青霉素也可以抑制初级免疫应答[1][2][3]。

[体内研究]

当与普鲁士蓝(HY-106594A)联合治疗时,DL-青霉素(25 mg/kg；i.p.；每天两次,持续5天)对叶酸中毒大鼠具有解毒作用[2]。动物模型：雄性Wistar大鼠,NIH株(通过腹腔注射32 mg/kg乙酸铊(i)中毒)[2]剂量：25 mg/kg给药：腹腔注射。；结果：血液、器官和大脑中铊含量略有下降。与普鲁士蓝(50 mg/kg；p.o.)联合治疗可提高存活率。
