1.制法：
于装有搅拌器、温度计、滴液漏斗的反应瓶中，加入重铬酸钠262g（1mol），水180mL，1,3-二氯-2-丙醇（2）260g（2mol），搅拌下冰水浴冷却，慢慢滴加由370g浓硫酸与100mL水配成的稀硫酸，控制反应液温度在20～25℃之间，约7h加完。加完后继续搅拌反应7h，放置过夜。以苯提取（500mL×3）。合并苯提取液，无水硫酸钠干燥。减压蒸馏回收苯得1,3-二氯丙酮①（1）170g，mp40～42℃，收率67%。注：①该化合物具有强烈的催泪作用，应在良好的通风橱中操作。
