[体外研究]

四乙基铵(0.2-60 mM;24-72小时;C6和9L胶质瘤细胞)治疗以剂量和时间依赖的方式抑制C6和9L细胞的增殖[1]。四乙基铵(40mm;24-72小时;C6和9L胶质瘤细胞)治疗显著增加细胞凋亡[1]。四乙基铵(40mm;12-48小时;C6和9L胶质瘤细胞)治疗显著提高Bax/Bcl-2蛋白比值,且呈时间依赖性[1]。通过添加20和40 mM四乙基铵,C6和9L细胞内ROS的生成增加[1]。细胞增殖实验[1]细胞系:大鼠C6、9L胶质瘤细胞浓度:0.2mm、2mm、20mm、40mm、60mm孵育时间:24h、48h、72h。结果:大鼠C6、9L胶质瘤细胞增殖呈剂量依赖性和时间依赖性。细胞凋亡分析[1]细胞系:大鼠C6和9L胶质瘤细胞浓度:40mm孵育时间:24h、48h和72h结果:细胞凋亡明显增加。westernblot分析[1]细胞系:大鼠C6和9L胶质瘤细胞浓度:40mm孵育时间:12h、24h、48h结果:Bax表达明显增加,Bcl-2表达在12、24、48h呈下降趋势。

[体内研究]

四乙基铵(1mm、3mm和5mm)可显著增加大鼠结肠和直肠在纵向和圆周方向的收缩幅度和频率。四乙基铵浓度为5毫米和15毫米时,对大鼠结肠和直肠的组织学没有影响,这些大鼠从肛门向结肠腔局部注射四乙基铵10天[2]。
