[体内研究]

Olvanil是一种辣椒素类似物,在香草醛受体上起激动剂的作用。奥凡尼可能会引起类似焦虑的效应。剂量分别为0、0.2、1.0和5.0 mg/kg的奥伐尼在5分钟时产生25±10.1、19.3±7.1、14.9±5.9和0±0的开臂百分比[3]。动物模型：体重约200 g的Sprague-Dawley大鼠[3]剂量：0、0.2、1.0和5.0 mg/kg给药：在行为测试前30分钟腹腔注射结果：0 mg/kg剂量的5分钟开臂时间百分比为12.9±8.1,0.2 mg/kg剂量的为8.9±4.2,1 mg/kg剂量组为15.2±7.9,5 mg/kg剂量组为0±0。对于0、0.2、1和5 mg/kg的剂量,在5 min时进入闭合臂的平均次数分别为1.7±0.3、3.3±0.8、2.7±0.3和0.25±0.1。
