顺式-4-羟基-L-脯氨酸用途

cis-4-Hydroxy-L-proline,一种脯氨酸类似物,是胶原蛋白产生的抑制剂。cis-4-Hydroxy-L-proline 可通过阻止三层螺旋胶原在细胞层上的沉积从而抑制成纤维细胞的生长。cis-4-Hydroxy-L-proline 还可抑制原发性N-亚硝基甲基脲诱导的大鼠乳腺肿瘤的生长。
