[体外研究]

NSC 16590(α-氨基异丁酸,AIB)抑制苍耳(Xanthium pennsylvanicum Wallr。)种子的子叶中最强的内源乙烯的产生。 4mM的NSC 16590抑制乙烯的形成约50％,尽管即使在20mM时片段的O 2摄取也不受影响。 NSC 16590还抑制黄化豌豆(Pisum satiuum L. cv.Alaska)幼苗的茎段中的乙烯形成。用黄化豌豆芽的无细胞提取物进行动力学分析表明,NSC 16590竞争性地抑制ACC转化为乙烯[1]。
